Alan Wake and Paranormal games from all Generations

This post is written by my son, Valafar3827. For those of you who like to play video games. He has been playing for the past 19 years. So, I would say he's an expert. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Alan Wake (Xbox 360)

Today's release, it is a game about an author of Steven King like horror stories. One of his novels actually happen to become a reality. Alan Wake is stuck in the Pacific Northwest town of Bright Falls with only a flash light and various weapons. His goal is to protect his wife and survive this horror. The enemy can take form as anyone of anything at night, when they turn into demons. The story of the game progresses like a season of a TV show with each level being a episode.

Silent Hill (Multi-Platform)

This series is all about a town called silent hill, which is a ghost town that has two dimensions being the living and the other the ghost realm. The ghost realm is where all the horrors occur and the history of the town thrives. Your basic objective of the game is to learn what happened to your family after they went on a trip. When you arrive at the town is when you learn of the history and start to rile up the second dimension in hopes of finding your family. There is a movies to this game which came out in 2006.

Ghostbusters (Xbox 360, Playstation 3)

Video game of the much loved Ghostbusters movies. The game follows the movies as you play as a recruit along side the characters from the movies and save New York from Staypuft and other paranormal entities that all seem to produce ectoplasm. The game is voiced by all of the original characters and all have hilarious new commentary to add to the Ghost Buster universe.

Pacman (Arcade)

This arcade was played by many people in their youths. No one can forget playing as a yellow circle with a pizza pie slice missing to resemble a mouth, going through a maze collecting pac-dots. While you are doing this you are avoids ghosts that you can only eat when you get the power-up.

Night Stalker (Arcade)

The game is based at night where you have to defend your base in the middle from spiders, bats, and robots. The game has an eerie feel that makes you feel you are shooting ghosts and not robots, but then I guess using conventional ghosts wouldn't make sense. As time progresses the waves get stronger try to tear down your base. Periodically you will need to reload your gun getting a power-up that appears in a random location on the map.
